Technology process starts with steaming in steaming bell with steaming control. Steam is processed in our own boiler from xylem offcuts.
With steaming control we achieve very quality steaming in each season period. On rotary cutting machine is veneer controlled in quality and thickness continuous and measure out data are denote for every client. Wet veneer is cutting in dimensions by customers orders.
After drying in the net drying-plant, veneer is postprocessed and manual sorted according to quality, dimensions a packed by customer request. Each palette with veneer has own label with denotation of quantity, dimension, quality and production date.
